Speed up match-substitute-replacement

* lisp/subr.el (match-substitute-replacement): Use match-data--translate.
* src/search.c (Fmatch_data__translate): Remove string restriction.
* test/lisp/subr-tests.el (subr-match-substitute-replacement): New test.
